On February 28, 2023, the conference on Ex Ante Regulation and Competition Law, organized by the prestigious Colombian Association of Competition Law (ACDC), was held. During this event, renowned panelists analyzed the legal and economic implications of ex ante regulation and its relationship with competition law.
One of the outstanding panelists was our director, Professor Andrés Calderón, Co-Director of ASCOLA Latin America and recognized expert in competition law in Latin America. His participation in this conference undoubtedly contributed valuable insights to the debate.
